Society of Gamers has closed its doors and the server taken offline today.  This effects Valhyre in two ways.  Not only has a very good news site and a fun community been been killed but the IRC server Valhyre was using is no longer available to us. 

IRC will be unavailable until a new server is located.  Which should be a couple of days.

I received an email letting me know about a site that has a section devoted to Valhyre.  I stopped by for a visit and thought the site was interesting.  Its all in Hebrew, or at least what I think is Hebrew, so other than the nice layout and sounds I couldnt read much. We had a little service outage this weekend.  The network in which the email servers and company website are hosted had some power issues and went offline on friday. 

This did not effect the community forums except all email functions of the community site was disabled.  This includes email confirmation of anyone who filled out the tester application on friday saturday or sunday. 

Everything is back up and running smoothly now.

Okay, so I am really late on this. I know I said around end of May and here we are approaching end of June. Those darn Weddings and honeymoons along with really bad tempered family obligations can really put the dampers on schedules.
